Diffusion: Use 5-10 drops in the diffuser of your choice
Topical: Place 2-3 drops in a tablespoon of carrier oil , apply externally to skin before and during outdoor exposure. Or dilute 10 drops in a small spray bottle of water.

Avoid contact with eyes, ears or other skin areas.

First of all the packaging was so minimal I was really impressed! When I opened the plastic, the amazing aroma hit my nose before I could open the paper!
