*Shipping, Returns and Sales



We ship to the contiguous United States using USPS Priority Mail and UPS. We ship to Canada and countries within the European Union using First Class USPS. Please specify if you would prefer another carrier and we will get back with you with the price difference. 

We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays and there are no guarantees on shipping speed.   We will replace or refund any item that has been delayed for more than 30 days. 

If you are interested in a package being delivered to your country please contact us before you make your purchase so that we may accommodate your request. 

International Shipping

We do not offer free or discounted shipping internationally. Customs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Packages returned to us because of unpaid customs will be refunded minus the shipping.  A photo of items damaged in shipment will be required for replacement. Once the package is received by the shipper, we are not responsible for lost packages, we will however replace the items one time for the cost of shipping on lost international packages.

Refunds and Exchanges


We offer a happiness guarantee to the contiguous United States only.*   If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it, within 6 months and you will receive a one time use coupon code with store credit for the purchase price not including the shipping cost of your item.  No cash refunds.  Return limit in a calendar year, from the time of your first purchase in that year is 3.  All we ask is that you simply ship the product back to us with your reason of unhappiness. We also ask that you get tracking and signature delivery on your item, if your return item does not reach us, we will require the necessary documents in order to issue store credit.  On international orders we only replace items damaged in shipping and we will require a photo of the damaged items.  Also, lost mail will only be replaced once in a calendar year.

*The Happy Guarantee does not apply to custom orders. Custom or wholesale listings/orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Damaged items will only be replaced within fourteen days of shipment, if the damage is weather related, we may issue a refund. No exceptions. In order to receive your refund or store credit, a photo is also required of the damaged item.  Keep in mind that if there was a coupon used, the amount of the coupon will be deducted from the listing price.

Sales, Pre-Orders, Special Editions, Coupons

During pre-order sales all items ordered ship when the pre-order special edition soaps ship.  Items do not ship separately.  

Items may ship 1 week after a sale, depending on the volume of sales, during any given e-mail campaign.
