This is the best unscented non-tallow shaving soap that I have been able to find. It whips up into a rich lather relatively quickly with a brush, lubricates the razor well, and does not seem to contain any of the ingredients many people consider dangerous, such as the ubiquitous triethanolamine. I also appreciate the fact that the container, though plastic, can be recycled - unlike many of the English products I have tried. The only downside is that I occasionally detect a faint chemical odor, but this seems to be a characteristic of all unscented soaps and probably cannot be prevented. However the scent does not linger. Ideal would be a faint, subtle fragrance, but unfortunately there don't seem to be many of those out there.

I liked the product. Soap is somewhat soft .Quite easy to get good lather.No scent .

My face reacts badly to most soap fragrances, so I use unscented soaps exclusively now. This soap is excellent. It loads easily, makes a good slick lather, and my skin feels moisturized and great afterward. Highly recommended!

If you want the same benefits of the the scented soap without the fragrance this is the way to go. Performance is great as usual and you can add whatever post shave fragrance suits your mood without a clash of scents.
