The name of Tea Tree is derived from its long-standing use as an herbal tea by the aboriginal people of Australia. The oil has more recently been studied and found to be active against the three major types of infection; fungal, bacterial and viruses. It smells medicinal and somewhat woody.
Method of collection Steam Distilled Plant Part Leaves and Twigs Main Constitutes Terpinen-4-ol: 42.27% 1,8 Cineol: 2.39%
Directions for Use Diffusion: Use 5-10 drops in the diffuser of your choice
Topical: Place 2-3 drops in a tablespoon of carrier oil , apply externally to skin and hair.
Cleaning: Add 10 drops to a cup of water in a spray bottle for an all natural hard surface surface cleaner.
