A newer cutivation of the lavender type is lavandin. It is a hybrid of true lavender and spike lavender. The scent is very similar to lavender but with slightly camphorous overtones.

Method of collection
Linalool: 15.6 – 33.9%
Camphor: 13.0 – 16.8%
Linalyl acetate: 19.08 – 21.02%
Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use 5-10 drops in the diffuser of your choice
Topical: Place 2-3 drops in a tablespoon of carrier oil , apply externally to skin to even out oiliness.
Cleaning: Add 10 drops to a cup of water in a spray bottle for an all natural hard surface surface cleaner.
Do not use Lavandin Essential Oil undiluted on skin. Avoid contact with eyes, ears or other skin areas.
